The Institut für Erbrecht is a national association of specialists in inheritance and inheritance tax law. The Institute's aim is to advise those seeking professional guidance in handling inheritance cases and inheritance disputes, as well as in estate planning.

The network of national and international inheritance law specialists makes it possible to offer professional advice at home and abroad, as more and more inheritance cases or rules relating to estate planning cross national borders, and may only be resolved through the close collaboration of international specialists.

Moreover, the Institut für Erbrecht continuously strives to support and promote the developments in the inheritance law and inheritance tax law through its academic advisory committee.
